Randy Kuehl Honda Cars uses Clean Assist for per-department usage logging, stock reconciliation, and supplier-ready reorder drafts—on the dealership's own Windows hardware.
What we built
Clean Assist gives departments a kiosk for recording usage. Supervisors verify entries and run periodic stock counts, keeping an estimate of on-hand stock against each product's par level.
A person approves the order
On a configured schedule, the system generates per-department reorder drafts and routes them to an internal reviewer to forward to the supplier. It does not place orders automatically.
Where it stands
Randy Kuehl Honda Cars is the first Clean Assist customer. The system is live in production, configured for the dealership's departments and product lists. It runs locally on Windows hardware without a cloud account or per-seat fee.
When Clean Assist is licensed, the deliverable is the final build or installer. The product source code is not included.
